Reservation Policy

  • A room will be considered reserved only after you make the payment and receive the payment acknowledgement and confirmation from us.
  • A 50% deposit of total room cost including taxes is required to secure your reservation. Once the booking has been processed, you will receive a reservation confirmation email/SMS that outlines a summary of your booking.
  • Please review all the information carefully.
  • You should have deposit the payment within three working days from your room blocking date otherwise your room will be released.
  • After make the payment please send photocopy of counter slip / bank transfer details to our Emil Id booking@bluebirdresortathavelock.co.in
  • Our check in time is 09:00AM & Check out Time is 08:00 AM.


  • Cancellation Policy

  • Securing a reservation with your deposit means you accept the terms and conditions of our Cancellation.
  • Cancellation made more than 60 days from check-in date will be a 60% refund of the deposit paid.
  • Cancellation made between 60 and 31 days from check-in date will receive a 50% refund of the deposit paid.
  • Cancellation made between 30 and 15 days from check-in date will receive a 30% refund of the deposit paid.
  • Cancellation made less than 15 days from the check-in date will non refundable.
  • There is no refund or credit issued for peak season (from 15th December to 15th January).
  • There are no refunds or credit issued for reservation change within 30 days of the arrival date that reduce the number of night stayed.
  • We do not issue refunds or credit for flight or ferry cancellations, due to any circumstances.
  • There is no refund or credit issued due to bad weather, EARTH QUAKE, TSUNAMI, Tropical storms or Hurricanes. This all are unpredictable by nature. Please take out travel Insurance to protect against these types of unforeseen events.
  • There are no refunds or credit issued for early checkouts.
