Hotel Policy
Meal Plan: Reservations & Payment Policy:• Room reservations will only be confirmed only after full payments in advance before the day of stay from guests or travel agencies In an event of confirmed bookings, unused nights will be liable to be treated under retentions and will also be charged full for all. There’s no provision to block rooms in advance complying with rules above. All decisions by management will be final and irrevocable. Management is thankful for your cooperation.
Other Policy:
• Pets are not allowed.
• Mandatory additional supplement cost for Christmas/New Year to be paid directly at the hotel. Applicable charges (inclusive of taxes): Price per adult per stay-1500 INR. Price per child per stay-1000 INR.
Cancellation Policy: For Resident Indians:
• Valid Government Approved Individual Photo ID proofs: Passport, Driving License, Voter ID card, Aadhar Card.
For Foreigners & Non Indian, PIO and OCI Card Holders
• Guests holding a foreign country’s passports, PIO cards, or OCI cardholders have to get a RAP (Restricted Area Permit) issued from the Airport on arrival. Copies of the Passport with the Visa, or PIO card or OCI card with the RAP have to be submitted and guests have to fill in their personal details before check-in in all our hotels and resorts.
Booking Conditions
• Blue Bird Resort accepts these cards and reserves the right to temporarily hold an amount prior to arrival.
• Bookings confirmed only after 100% payment in advance.
• Rates subject to change without prior intimation.
• Any hike/s in Govt. taxes, the same would be charged accordingly over and above the room rates/ meals.
